Beginning in PolyAnalyst 6.0.891, you now have access to a new statistical analysis node, Correlation Analysis. Correlation analysis is a statistical tool for the analysis of multidimensional data. The main problem solved by this tool is finding hidden, significant dependencies between variables. Correlation strength can be measured by using the absolute value of the correlation coefficient. The sign of the correlation coefficient signifies a straight or inverted dependency between variables.
The results of the analysis can be viewed using a table of relations between values, or using PolyAnalyst’s own Link Analysis tool. The following is a screenshot of the results using the Link Analysis tool.
