Registration Fees
Group Discount: Register 3+ Attendees and get 20% off. The Group Rate Discount will be applied prior to any other discounts. If you would like to register for a group with over 5 attendees, please contact Event Coordinator: Brian Howard (bhoward@megaputer.com)
The registration fee includes:

Student Registration
College students interested in learning more about data & text analytics are encouraged to attend the Two-Day 2018 Megaputer Analytics Conference at a special student discounted rate! Workshops are not open to students. To apply for a student discount, please [click here]. For additional questions or information, email marketing@megaputer.com, or call 812.330.0110. You also MUST register using your college email address for proof of your student status. This student discount is only applicable for single tickets.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to October 26, 2018, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. Half of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received between October 27 and November 1, 2018. Cancellations submitted on or after November 2, 2018 will not receive a refund for their registration. Cancellation requests can be sent via email to Marketing and Sales Department at marketing@megaputer.com. Please allow up to two weeks for credit card refunds.
Photography, Audio, and Video Recording
The conference is held in a public space; therefore, we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, or news organizations from photographing, video or audio-taping some Conference activities. Megaputer Intelligence reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness on social media and/or in future marketing materials. Megaputer Intelligence is NOT responsible for individual attendee’s use of your image or likeness.
