The registration fee includes:

  • Cocktail Meet & Greet at 8 p.m. EST on Tuesday, October 17th
  • Dinners on Wednesday, October 18th and Thursday, October 19th (see details on the Venue page)
  • Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Refreshments during breaks

Student Registration
College students interested in learning more about data & text analytics are encouraged to attend the Two-Day 2017 Megaputer Analytics Conference at a special student discounted rate! You also MUST register using your college email address for proof of your student status. This student discount is only applicable for single tickets.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to September 29th, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. Half of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received between September 30th and October 13th. Cancellations submitted on or after October 13th will not receive a refund for their registration. Cancellation requests can be sent via email to Marketing and Sales Department at marketing@megaputer.com. Please allow up to two weeks for credit card refunds.

Photography, Audio, and Video Recording

The conference is held in a public space; therefore, we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, or news organizations from photographing, video or audio-taping some Conference activities. Megaputer Intelligence reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness on social media and/or in future marketing materials. Megaputer Intelligence is NOT responsible for individual attendee’s use of your image or likeness.
