Human Resources Specialist / Analyst
Full-Time Position (Bloomington, IN): Recruit and on-board new team members for Megaputer Intelligence. Coordinate health and vacation benefits and develop new programs and proposals for improving inefficiencies in work load and create new programs for improving employee training, morale through socials, and overall employee experience.
Technical Sales Representative
Full-Time Position (Bloomington, IN): Megaputer’s software solutions and services requires sales representatives to work in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment for both current and prospective accounts. Technical Sales Representatives proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities and nurture business development by closing sales within various industries.
