The solution performs multi-faceted analysis: it detects topics employees are talking about, reveals issues causing the strongest negative sentiment, highlights correlations of topics with specific values of the associated structured attributes, monitors time evolution of topics, and uncovers emerging issues. The solution summarizes the results of analysis in custom graphical reports and dashboards.
The solution performs advanced natural language processing, including lexical, morphological, and syntactic analysis of text narratives. To facilitate high relevance and accuracy of results obtained when analyzing surveys from different application domains, the solution utilizes domain-specific semantic dictionaries and cartridges for sentiment analysis. The cartridges can interpret positive or negative connotations of extracted facts, even seemingly neutral ones, based on the context in which they are encountered.
